This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Skinner of the parish of Horne in the county of Surry Butcher first I direct that all my just debts Funeral Expenses and the charges and Expenses of proving this my last Will and Testament be Discharged and paid within twelve months after my decease by my Executors herein after names I give and bequeath unto my Executors all my personal Estate of what kind soever I am now possessed of together with all my stock in Trade and Corn on the Lands which I now occupy together with all live and dead stock Implements of husbandry household furniture and other effects of all kind and making whatsoever -unto my Executors herein named to be disposed of in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath unto my sons John Skinner Thomas Skinner and James Skinner all my live and dead stock Corn or Also said hay pasture Implements of husbandry and other effects on this premises which I now occupy jointly between my said sons John Thomas and James share and share alike to be equally divided between my said sons when they with the consent of my Executors shall agree so to do provided it is within twelve months after my decease give and bequeath unto my son Richard Skinner of the parish of Nutfield in the county of Surry the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid by my Executors within twelve months after my decease I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the wife of Thomas Hewett of Bletchingly in the county of Surry the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid by my Executors within twelve months after my decease I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary the wife of Robert Roffey of Burstow the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid by my Executors within twelve months after my decease I give and bequeath unto my daughter Amy the wife of Thomas Winchester of Horne the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid by my Executors within twelve months after my decease and my Will and meaning herein is that the several Legacies or sums of one hundred pounds each to the said Richard Elizabeth Mary and Amy above named be part of my personal Estate by my Executors and that they reimburse themselves all Expenses in executing the same and I do hereby Nominate Constitute and appoint John Searle the Elder of Horne Court and John of Bysh Court joint executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me at any time howtofore made and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Writing whereof I the said John Skinner have hereunto set my hand and Seal the ninth day of July one thousand eight hundred and one John Skinner (his mark) signed sealed published and declared by the above named John Skinner the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other of us have subscribed our as Witnesses thereto Elizabeth Dinnes William Kent
On the tenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and one Letters of administration of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of John Skinner late of the parish of Horne in the County of Surry widower deceased was granted to John Skinner and Thomas Skinner the natural and lawful sons and two of the next of kin of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer John Searle the Elder and John the Executors and Universal Legatees in Trust named in the said Will having first renounced as well the execution of the said Will as Letters of Administration with the said Will annexed of the goods of the said deceased and no residuary Legatee being named in the said Will
