Item I give and bequeath unto my lovinge wife Anne, Eight poundes per yeare dureinge her life to bee goeinge and issueinge out of all my landes in Bolney in leiue of her thirde to bee paide her by my house quarterly after my decease by even and equall portions and therein use and command of the howse, I now dwelle in and of what incomes therein she please to command and make use of att all tymes for her owne use and the use and command of All my nowe Howsehold Stuffe whatsoever att her command to bee for her use there for terme of her life. Item my Will and meaninge to further that it shall be lawfull for my wife Anne or her assignes to sell cutt downe one any parte of my landes at her Will and pleasure, what wood shee please to burne or spend att in the before menconced howse for her own use and not else where. Item I give unto George Holford my sonne in lawe tenne shillinges. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Holford his wife tenne shillinges more. Item I give unto my grandchildren William and Thomas Holford each tenne shillinges a piece. Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Robert Vincent All my landes after my decease whatsoever. And to his howse forever, And all the rest of my goodes and chattells my debts paied, my gifts and legacies performed and my funerall expenses discharged I give unto my sonne Robert Vincent whom I make my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
